MUFA FOODS. haha been obsessing abt how to lose tht belly of mine. so managed to research on MUFA! -monounsaturated fats! they're supposed to help rid of belly fats worr... i don't know whether true or not la, but i've just bought most of them 2 days ago!! hahha, so they are avocados, almonds (basically most nuts), olive oil, dark chocolate, flaxseed oil, ... that's the ones i can remember.
Been on the treadmill the past 4 days for 40 minutes, sweating away..... before, maybe once a week?? .. and eating normal but more healthily, like nuts as snacks and fruit smoothies for breakfast instead of burgers and nuggets as a midnight snack. but like, i look down, the tummy look bigger lehhh!! .. okla, i know you can't work miracles in 4 days.. but shouldn't the tummy look normal and not bigger?? Aih, will just keep trying and see if the method works.
then i went online and check again on dieting stuff... they say, even if you're eating healthy food, you still need to consider how much of it you allow to consume!!! ... that means, it 's not just abt eating healthy food, it's also you have to eat small quantities of it!!!!! it's kinda like starving yourself with health foood!!!! nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! ... and they say don't eat carbs. i love carbs. but i did eat less rice and noodles and all..... wuhooo.. tough to resist.
anyway, looks like tht dream of mine to look sexy when semester ends is fading away slowly... XD! (ok perasan here, but hey it's my blog!)
but i'm not giving up!!! i'm still gonna exercise and i'm still gonna eat the amount of food i desire!!! will try not to overeat... if cannot lose that excess fat, at least i'll still be content with life and also be healthy. ;)

wei.. how bout ur bowel movement? issit frequent? hehe.. actually i am trying to lose weight here also.. haha.. and i believe in 'releasing' everyday. i feel like my tummy is smaller each time i come out from the toilet.. ;)
when i know my tummy is getting bigger than usual. i usually drink fiber.. then the next morning drink lotsa water.. then after that i will be having an enjoyble time in the toilet. hahaha

i tried it b4...not bad.. i didnt follow exactly what he did though.. i just.. eat normally and drink a cup after dinner cause thats when i feel super full. the next morning.. sure release wan
haha thanks!! yeah i do release more often because of the healthier foods. and more too, during the ar, process. haha. hey that website make me very interested to do it leh. i might just start doing it this morning. Ok motivate myself. i will! i'll take picture of my tummy and compare it 5 days later. haha, wish me luck!! (have to go down buy that detox tea now) XD!
by the way, do you really release lots of bad gass and get stomachache? cause i have a really sensitive stomache.
eh... but i am not sure if the tea is available in aus or not but i guess sure got gua.. cause it is a swiss brand or something.

why sensitive? u eat irregularly ah?.. as in... u let urself starve until too long?.. u eat too much suddenly?
AHAHA NOOOO!! sensitive as in i get stomache ache easily if the food's not right. like easily get food poisoning or pangsai the stomachache way. i eat quite regularly.
haha, today i tried that detox thing. i pui fuk that kenny. by 4 pm i give up. LOL! i ate sausage bun. aih. i not disciplined at all.
i conscious abt my tummy la. melvin and my brother agrees it's getting unsightly. haha..
i couldn't find that tea but i got other detox tea.. tried it just now, besides farting and shitting more i feel fine. haha.

hahahaha... eh.. no need to exactly follow him wan.. for me.. i eat normally.. only after dinner i drink the tea. the tea is quite comforting and soothing for the tummy especially after a big dinner!
i dunno la.. men.... they somehow expect us to be gisele bundchen or something.. maybe ur tummy really unsightly la but i dont think it's THAT big gua.

hehe.. sometimes its just flatulence u noe... hahaha... u can make sure by inducing farting by rubbing the end of ur spine or lying flat wif legs up 90 degrees or simply swing hula hoop.
aww.. poor eelin... my tummy is still here too... poor me...:)
